Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Maintain proper care records.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CNA license not required.
• Have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member and as an individual.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
