Role Overview

The Care Partner provides personalized, relationship-based care to residents in a senior living environment, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and emotional support based on residents' Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Assist with daily activities such as dining, housekeeping, and laundry services
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition
• Support engagement activities and promote safety, dignity, and resident rights
• Communicate regularly with families and care leadership
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety standards
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents as a consistent presence

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Preferably experienced in senior care
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, with strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions
• Required CNA/HHA certification (state-specific)
