As a Care Partner, you will provide compassionate and professional care to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in health status
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Passing background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical condition to perform daily tasks
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
