Responsibilities

• Provide direct care by assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care
• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in resident conditions
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent; must complete state-mandated training
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
• Honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and privacy rights
• Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check
