Responsible Duties
- Reviews and understands all resident individual service plans
- Affords personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Engages residents in meaningful conversation and socialization
- Monitors residents for changes in their condition and reports promptly
- Completes forms for incident reports and documentation
- Serves meals and encourages participation in activities
- Performs postmortem care if permitted by state regulatory agency
Housekeeping Duties
- Makes resident beds and tidies apartments daily
- Turns down beds in the evening if requested
- Changes linens and towels according to laundry schedule
- Assists with resident laundry as scheduled
- Cleans spills and soiled areas
- Cleans walkers, wheelchairs, and other resident equipment
Other Responsibilities
- Attends required meetings and training sessions
- Answers phones in a prompt and courteous manner
- Supports and upholds Residents’ Rights and Company policies
- Adheres to the company dress code
- Supports other housekeeping duties as assigned
