Role Overview

The Care Partner in the Terrace Club neighborhood provides personalized, relationship-based care to residents, supporting their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and emotional support based on individualized care plans.
• Partner with residents through prompting, cueing, and reminders to promote independence.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Support participation in daily programs and meaningful engagement activities.
• Assist with dining, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Promote safety, dignity, and residents' rights at all times.
• Maintain regular communication with families and care leadership.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+.
• Preferred experience working with seniors.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions.
• CNA/HHA certification as required by state.
