About the Role

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join the team at Boulevard St Peters. This role focuses on creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments, assisting with activities of daily living, and fostering an inclusive, positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
• Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments
• Be present and share your talents with residents and team members
• Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment
• Engage in your development, growth, and training within the organization
• Be curious and ask questions to continually learn

Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
• Must be criminally cleared

Pay

$17.00 – $22.75 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time, 7:00pm to 7:00am. Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.
