About the Role

Come join our team at Castlewood located at 1538 N. Old Castle Rd, Nixa, MO 65714! We are looking for someone (like you) to embody the following values:

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for caring for residents.
  • Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and recovering from falls.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.25 per hour.

Schedule

Alternating two-week schedule:

  • Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm
