About the role

Responsibilities

• Care Giver:
• Knows where residents are and checks on them throughout the shift.
• Observes and reports symptoms and conditions to the supervisor or HCC.
• Assists with continence management and proper disposal of continence products.
• Serves and collects food trays, assists with ADLs, and engages residents in activities.
• Greets and assists all internal and external customers.
• Does resident laundry as assigned.
• Medications Tech:
• Reviews service plans and assists with medications and treatments.
• Documents and initials medication forms, reports concerns, and restocks medication carts.
• Participates in medication count and follows re-fill process.
• Takes vital signs and reports occupational exposures.

Qualifications

• Preferred Certified Nurse's Aid certification.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
