- Optimize patient flow
- Reduce length of stay
- Limit readmissions through innovative, evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing
- A current RN license
- At least one year of hospital or acute care experience
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Managed care background
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification
- Discharge planning experience
