Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License (upon hire)
- At least 3 years of social services experience, including 2 years in healthcare settings
- Preferred: Specialized training in palliative care/hospice and certification within 2 years
