Care Manager - Evening/Overnight

About the role

The Care Giver at Arvum Senior Living is responsible for providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment, and engaging residents in various activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living as instructed
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Able to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers
• Superior customer service skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
