About the role
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through personal care and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes.
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversation and activities.
- Support dining services.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
