The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity, safety, and independence while building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Documenting changes
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
