About the role
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing hands-on support and fostering meaningful relationships. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences tailored to residents with memory loss.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
