Role Overview The Lead Caregiver serves as a shift leader in senior living environments, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. They manage shift assignments, monitor resident changes, and promote safety and compliance. This role involves providing hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), reviewing documentation to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and mentoring new team members.
