Caregiver Role Summary The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow individualized service plans and document changes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents through conversation and activities
- Support dining services
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18+ years old
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
