About the role

Per diem position with a varied schedule; work as needed. Shifts are typically 0800‑1630 with weekend coverage as required. You will be based at the UW Health clinic located at 1415 E State St.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In lieu of a BSN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with at least two years of relevant equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration.
• Required Care Management certification.
