About the role
Caregiver at a senior living community, dedicated to enhancing residents' quality of life through compassionate support and meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow and document individualized service plans
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents in conversation and activities
- Support dining and maintain a clean environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills
