Care Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to senior residents, enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. Caregivers promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents in conversation and activities to foster a sense of community. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential, along with maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and supporting dining services. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills. Key skills involve empathy, effective communication, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
