Care Manager

Role: Caregiver responsible for providing hands-on support to seniors, promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Key Duties: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes. Engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Communicate effectively with families and care teams. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain), compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills.
