Responsibilities

• Leading shift assignments
• Managing attendance
• Providing hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Coaching team members on quality standards
• Reviewing charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitoring resident health changes
• Communicating concerns promptly
• Supporting onboarding and mentoring new staff
• Promoting safety and compliance
• Ensuring smooth shift transitions

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
