Care Manager

Role Overview The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
