Caregiver Role Summary As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will engage residents through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for making a positive difference in residents' lives and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
