Care Manager

Role: Caregiver, responsible for providing hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Responsibilities: Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents in conversation and activities, support dining services, maintain a clean environment, and communicate effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma/GED (18+), CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), compassionate, reliable, with strong communication skills. Key Duties: Assist residents with daily routines, promote well-being, ensure safety, and support engagement to enhance quality of life.
