Care Manager

Role: Lead Caregiver, responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage.Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL).Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation.Review charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly.Support onboarding and mentor new team members.Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED, age 18+CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
