Join Our Caregiving Team As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care and ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for residents. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and support engaging activities, including in-memory care for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it. The ideal candidate demonstrates compassion , reliability, and strong communication skills.
