Care Manager

Job Summary As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for senior residents by providing hands-on support and fostering meaningful relationships. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you'll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it, and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
