About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead shift assignments
- Manage attendance and coordinate coverage
- Provide hands-on ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support
- Coach staff on care standards
- Review charting and monitor resident changes
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Promote safety and compliance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Experience in senior or memory care
