Caregiver Role Summary As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing hands-on support and fostering meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma/GED, be 18+, and possess CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it Essential skills include compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills. The role offers paid training and opportunities for career growth. Compensation ranges from $17.20 to $21.55 per hour.
