As a Care Manager at Care Design New York, you will help people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities identify and realize their long-term and short-term goals by developing, implementing, and monitoring their person-centered Life Plans. We welcome bilingual candidates and may provide additional compensation for fluency in English and languages such as Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Yiddish, Hebrew, and ASL.
