About the Role
Lead Caregiver responsible for providing exceptional resident care and leading shift operations in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage shift assignments, attendance, and coverage coordination
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADL)
- Coach team members on quality standards, documentation, and hospitality
- Review resident charts and ensure alignment with individualized service plans
- Monitor resident status and communicate concerns promptly
- Support onboarding and mentor new caregivers
- Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions

Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED, age 18+
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
