Care Manager

About the Role

The caregiver role involves providing hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Caregivers follow individualized care plans, document changes, and engage residents through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility).
• Follow individualized care plans and document changes in resident condition.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication and compassion skills.
