Care Manager

About the role

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing their quality of life through meaningful relationships. As a Caregiver, you will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized plans and documenting changes. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
