About the role

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering dignity, safety, and independence. They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, they support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Candidates are encouraged to bring joy and make a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and support resident independence
• Follow care plans and document updates accurately
• Promote safety, dignity, and engagement
• Support dining and environment maintenance
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Create meaningful experiences in Memory Care settings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
