About the role
Role: Caregiver, focused on providing hands-on support to seniors, fostering meaningful relationships, and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
- Create enriching experiences for memory care residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
Benefits & Compensation
Pay range of $20.40 - $25.60.
