Care Manager

Role Overview The Lead Caregiver is a frontline leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while supporting and mentoring caregiving staff. They serve as shift leader, managing assignments, attendance, and coverage, and providing hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Additionally, they coach team members on care quality, hospitality, and documentation standards, review charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP), and monitor resident changes to communicate concerns promptly. They support onboarding and mentor new caregivers, promote safety and compliance, and facilitate smooth shift transitions. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certificationsStrong communication, delegation, and decision-making skillsExperience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care The role requires a compassionate, accountable professional who models professionalism and leadership in a caregiving environment.
