Caregiver Role Summary The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to senior residents, fostering their independence, safety, and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is also part of the role. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and have or are willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills are essential.
