Care Manager

About the role

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities is key, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and support their well-being

• Communicate effectively with families and care team members

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
