Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes
- Engaging residents through conversation and activities
- Supporting dining services
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
- Effective communication with families and care team members
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
This role involves building meaningful relationships and positively impacting residents’ lives through dedicated care and engagement.
