Care Manager

Role Overview The Caregiver provides compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Key responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and communicating effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain itCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Additional Information This role offers paid training, opportunities for professional growth, and competitive pay ranging from $18.92 to $23.65 per hour.
