Role Overview The Caregiver plays a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships. Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. The role emphasizes promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist with personal care, follow care plans, promote safety and independence, engage residents, support dining, and communicate with families and care team members.
