They assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes. Key responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and communicating effectively with families and care teams. In Memory Care, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
