About the Role

The Caregiver provides compassionate, hands-on support to seniors, fostering a respectful and supportive environment. They assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting any changes.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Effectively communicate with families and care team members
• In Memory Care settings, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
