Care Manager

Role: Caregiver, dedicated to providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities: Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care; follow and document Individualized Service Plans (ISP); promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services and maintain a clean environment; communicate effectively with families and care teams; create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma/GED, age 18+; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain; compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills.
