About the role
One-on-one support for children that have special needs that attend the CARE afterschool program.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs.
- Work closely with parents and other school staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Support the implementation of the CARE program's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of child development and special education principles.
