What You'll Be Doing
- Answering phones and assisting clients, caregivers, and referral partners
- Coinciding schedules and helping fill caregiver shifts
- Aiding with recruiting, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Maintaining electronic records and office files
- Working within Microsoft Office, OneDrive, CRM platforms, and scheduling software
- Supporting marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Aiding agency leadership with administrative and operational projects

Compensation
