This is a great opportunity for someone with medical or physical therapy front office experience who enjoys working with patients, coordinating a busy clinic, supporting a team, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Oversee and Perform daily front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, referrals, and workflow coordinationProvide excellent customer service to patients in person, by phone, and via emailReview and ensure accuracy and compliance of daily therapy notesVerify insurance benefits and obtain required authorizationsCollect co-pays and co-insurance and follow up on outstanding patient balances as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the EMR systemSupervise and support front office team members and assist with trainingHelp ensure front office responsibilities are completed accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with clinic leadership and the Billing team regarding collections, reporting, and front office operationsMaintain an organized, professional front office environmentMonitor and manage clinic supply inventoryMaintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliancePerform other duties as assigned and pitch in wherever needed to support our patients and team Qualifications What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of front office experience in a physical therapy or medical officeExperience with medical insurance verification and authorizationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy healthcare environmentAbility to prioritize responsibilities, follow directions, and use sound judgmentAbility to build positive relationships with patients, providers, and coworkers Preferred: 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experiencePhysical therapy or rehabilitation clinic experienceExperience supporting or leading front office operations About Ready to Take the Next Step?
