Care Coordinator/Life Skills Instructor- School Based

Position Summary

This position provides behavioral health and/or child welfare related services to clients and their families in the community, school and/or home settings in order to achieve their identified goals.

Education/Experience/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
  • Two (2) years directly related experience in past professional and/or nonprofessional roles required
  • Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
  • Must have the ability to use private car to transport self and others

Skills

Drug screen, TB test and extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all Aspire employees.
