Responsibilities
- Function in a leadership capacity, collaborating with the Director of Operations, Medical Director, and Care Delivery Team to ensure excellence in member satisfaction, quality care, and care center operations.
- Facilitate day-to-day clinical operations, including facility opening/closing, managing patient, staff, and provider interactions, and overall operations.
- Oversee operational efficiency and quality of care center services, including direct supervision of medical assistants, patient experience coordinators, and other staff.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team committed to service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Care Center team to ensure alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective value-based care.
- Ensure staff meetings and huddles meet Prosano’s ‘Healthy Huddle’ experience standards.
- Oversee systems and processes vital to Care Center operations, including scheduling, workflow, and supply management.
- Serve as an ambassador in the local community, building relationships with healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare management directly serving patients.
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent patient or customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient PC skills.
Schedule
- Working hours may include morning, night, or weekend shifts.
- 100% on-site work at the care center location; may involve movement between clinics as needed.
